RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Merchandising Project Manager is responsible for leading the oversight, coordination, and execution of key strategic and cross-departmental initiatives across the Merchandising organization. This role balances hands-on project leadership with accountability for project planning, execution, and outcomes. The Project Manager ensures initiatives remain on track by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment, while holding teams accountable to scope, quality, and delivery expectations. Leveraging strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, this individual translates high-level objectives into structured project plans and actionable workstreams. In addition to project delivery, the Merchandising PM is responsible for defining, standardizing, and maintaining department workflows, operating processes, and documentation.
