You'll drive technical excellence, manage QA accountability, own the technology backlog, and operationalize a modern AWS SaaS platform—while developing the people around you. Real ownership. What You'll Do: People Leadership (~50%) - Hire, develop, and retain engineering and QA talent; build personalized growth plans. - Run 1:1s, performance reviews, and own compensation and promotion decisions. - Drive engagement through transparent communication, recognition, and a culture of belonging.
