Responsibilities: - Meeting Support: Providing on-site support for executive-level meetings, ensuring seamless operation of VTC/UC platforms - System Maintenance: Testing, repairing, and upgrading AV equipment, including display systems, audio/video conferencing units, microphones, and control systems (e.g., CISCO WEBEX VTC endpoints, Biamp audio system, Thinklogical systems, Video wall, Crestron). - Troubleshooting: Identifying and correcting malfunctions in real-time to prevent meeting downtime.
