Payroll & HR Implementation Specialist Copenhagen, Denmark: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week Hybrid after probation – 3 days office:2 days home We are currently looking for someone with experience in implementing new clients within payroll outsourcing who is seeking new career opportunities. About the role: Our typical client is an international company looking to establish operations in Denmark and needing support throughout the entire process from employer registration to payroll reporting and compliance. The role primarily involves taking full responsibility for the onboarding and implementation process of new payroll clients. This includes: In many implementations, additional responsibilities may include employer registration with Danish authorities, setup of pension schemes and insurance, and other services requested by the client.
