Tasks: Your Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the end-to-end test strategy across Web and API layers. - Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks in Python and TypeScript using tools like Appium, Playwright, and Maestro. - Define and track quality metrics (coverage, flakiness, escape defects) - Design scalable CI/CD quality gates and optimize feedback loops - Establish strategies for performance, reliability, and resilience testing - Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to shift testing left, embedding quality from design through delivery. - Introduce advanced testing approaches (e.g., contract testing, mocking, service virtualization). - Drive system testability and influence architecture decisions. - Proactively identify coverage gaps, flaky tests, and systemic risk areas and fix them.
