Prolink is a TD Synnex Company We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient team member with the following qualifications: Qualifications Job Description The selected candidate will take part in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, collaborating closely with internal teams - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering - Proven experience in Network Architectures, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, Layer 2-3 technologies, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls - Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity solutions such as Firewall, EDR, NDR, XDR, SASE, SIEM, URL Filtering, Anti-Virus, and DLP technologies (preferably on Palo Alto products) - Preferred certifications: PCNSE, CCNA - Strong command of English, both written and spoken (able to communicate with international vendors) - Customer-focused, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments - Holds a valid driver’s license and is an active driver - Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to deliver product presentations and technical guidance - Manage technical...
