The Operations Manager – Additional Services manages and leads the Branch Sales Professionals, Services Manager(s) – Additional Services, Field Manager(s) and the team of Additional Services Technicians who are responsible for selling and completing additional services. This role assists the General Manager (GM) in hiring and training the above positions to deliver best in class service, safety and customer experience. This position is on-site and reports to our Fort Lauderdale, FL branch.
