LPN LVN - Home Health Schedule- Full Time/Days: Area Coverage: Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Dallas and other areas as needed The LPN provides quality care to patients in the nursing center and their homes under the direction of a Nurse Case Manager or Clinical Supervisor following the established nursing process and procedures, and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Performs all duties in compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations and in compliance with all regulatory bodies.
