TITLE: Packer C POSITION OBJECTIVE: Efficiently and accurately pack product, maintaining quality standards throughout the process. QUALIFICATIONS: - A High School Diploma or equivalent - Legal eligibility to work in the US. - Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel - Proficiency in reading and writing English. - Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering production workplace interactions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Inteplast Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
