Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $62,300 - Midpoint: $81,000 (Salaried E10) Department/Organization: 506152 - Compensation: Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Summary: The Compensation Analyst III administers and leads staff compensation and classification programs and complex projects for the University. Ensures compliance local, state(s), and federal laws. Analyzes and evaluates positions for appropriate titles, pay ranges, and organizational hierarchy to maintain external competitiveness and internal consistency. Provides guidance, trains, and/or may supervise to other Analysts. Provides guidance to HR Business Partners. Additional Department Summary: The University of Alabama is embarking to transition the on-premises finance and HCM ERP systems to a modern cloud platform. This position is time-limited to the duration of the project due to additional department staffing needs while engaged in this project, but could lead to regular employment at the University.
