EASTERN TITLE DIVISION: Summary: Search and examine commercial title records and create accurate title commitments and other reports in a timely fashion, focusing on basic to moderately complex title orders . Promptly answer members’ questions and resolve moderately complex title issues. Strongly prefer candidates to work a hybrid on-site schedule in our Naples office. Will consider fully remote for the right candidate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verify all property and tax information obtained is complete and correctly reported. Verify all necessary maps and additional documents for customer packages are made for each search. Confirm starter base is appropriate for run start date, and all subsequent information is included in search package. Review and interpret all documents, maps and instruments contained in the chain of title obtained from various property information systems from a direct starter date. Support Searching Unit as needed for product workflow.
