About our team SumUp's TA team is shifting from reactive hiring to a structured, KPI-driven delivery model, and this role is at the centre of that change. You'll be the dedicated TA Delivery Lead for our Run & Grow tribe , the product and engineering teams behind our core merchant-facing products: payments, point-of-sale, financial tools, and merchant care. It's one of the largest and most complex portfolios at SumUp, a niche mix of Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and Customer Experience profiles across 80 to100 roles annually, that take real market knowledge and sourcing craft to fill well. You'll run your own desk while coordinating the wider team, and if you're a skilled recruiter ready to grow into project management and informal leadership, this role is built for exactly that. Berlin's tech talent market is deep but specialised, and this role gives you the structure, the data, and the mandate to hire well in it.
