Talent Acquisition Specialist – Allied Health 📍 North Sydney, NSW 💰 $85,000 – $95,000 + Super 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in North Sydney. This permanent, full-time position plays a critical role in supporting the growth of our allied health workforce across multiple disciplines. This role is best suited to a recruiter with proven experience recruiting within the allied health sector , who understands the nuances of sourcing Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists and other community-based clinicians. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract high-calibre clinicians in a competitive market while enhancing our recruitment processes and employer brand.
