Work location - SYDNEY What you will do: The Operations Specialist is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and support of business customers and their subscriptions to Equifax Business across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves identifying and meeting customer needs to ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Monitor the Business Support Dashboard within Salesforce to identify new subscription requests. Ensure all necessary information is available for new subscriber setup, and that all required paperwork is signed and complies with the Privacy Act. Conduct due diligence to confirm the legitimacy of applying organizations. Provide access details to new subscribers via a "Welcome to Equifax" email. Resolve issues related to user movements within subscriber structures, ad hoc subscriber requests, account queries, suspensions, closures, and reactivations in both Australia and New Zealand. Create new branches for existing subscribers while ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act. Manage ServiceNow requests assigned to subscriptions.
