The Tenth Judicial District is looking for qualified applicants to fill a full-time Temporary Court Operations Clerk position within the Anoka County Court Administration team in the Records Division. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The following are examples of major job duties expected of this position: Perform routine and/or limited scope court operations work, which may include scanning and/or imaging documents, data entry, retrieving and filing case files and documents, set up and maintain documents, files, records, and reports relating to court activities. Input, update, or delete information in electronic case management system; copy, scan, and distribute documents including imaging original documents into digital files; assign appropriate security levels for documents; manage, handle, index, store, maintain, return, and/or destroy court exhibits and documents per policies and procedures.
