We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Auditor to join our Operations team at our Casino, NSW site. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring Jack Link’s day-to-day operations meet all legal, customer and international food safety and quality requirements. You’ll be responsible for auditing and verifying daily operations, maintaining quality systems and documentation, supporting internal and external audits, and contributing to the continual improvement of food safety and quality outcomes across the site.
