Job Details: Job Description Location: Bakerhill, AL - Eufaula Plant Position: Harvest Room Labor: Work Shift: 1st Shift: 365 Day Rehire Waiting Period; 3 Time Maximum Rehire Rule SUMMARY: This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Applicants will be considered for openings in the harvest room department. Tasks include: Processing live chickens to maintain a full production line. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are requirements of the position. This position requires working in cold, damp, hot, dusty, and humid environments with wet, slippery surfaces Must be able to complete required training. Must be able to perform the duties of the position. Biosecurity/Animal Welfare/Safety Requirements: The jobsite is a biosecure environment which may require showering, changing clothing and footwear before entering the facility.
