CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST At New Pig, we trust and believe in the power of committed, enthusiastic employees. We are currently searching for fun-loving employees with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Customer Service Specialists provide top-notch service by providing product, cost, and delivery information to our customers. Customer Service Specialists will also recommend products and services by discovering customers’ stated and unstated needs. These positions will be located in Duncansville and are eligible for shift differential pay. There are TWO available work schedules to choose from: 5 days a week 11:30am – 8:00pm -OR-: 4 days a week 9:30am – 8:00pm Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries, including phone, e-mail and chat interactions - Process customer orders through computer systems - Grow sales by making order level offers - Provide basic product information to customers - Quote prices and delivery information to customers - Research and resolve order exceptions - Ensure that customer expectations are exceeded on every contact with New Pig - Adhere to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards Required...
