Participates in the supervision and coordination of all aspects of nursing care and clinical operations within the Ambulatory Department. Oversees, coordinates and assists in implementing quality assurance for direct patient care and clinical follow-up. Maintains flow of patient care in all clinical settings. Supports department leadership team by demonstrating effective leadership communication and conflict resolution skills. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact ( eNLC ). 2.
