Job Title: CS/SPD Supervisor Location: Cleveland Facility: Fairview Hospital Department: Sterile Processing-Fairview Hospital Job Code: T2408W: Shift: Evenings Schedule: 3:00pm-11:30pm Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of Sterile Processing. Assumes the duties of the Unit Manager when needed. Responsible for engagement activities, performance feedback and corrective actions. Responds to customer needs and concerns. Acts as a trouble-shooter and makes recommendations for and/or implements process improvement initiatives.
