What We expect of you: - As a Civil Supervisor, you will bring a wealth of experience in managing utilities projects, particularly within fibre network construction. You will possess a blend of hands-on engineering expertise and leadership abilities, enabling you to oversee civils teams effectively. - Your role will involve managing all aspects of construction, including resource allocation, site supervision, and ensuring projects are adequately supplied with plant and materials. You will self-perform certain tasks and maintain accurate records by marking up drawings and producing detailed reports on project progress. - You will be responsible for upholding Health & Safety and Quality standards by conducting random audits and educating in-house teams and subcontractors.
