Overview The Role for Someone Who Notices Everything (Yes, Everything) Town and Country Resort is looking for an Assistant Director of People Services who lives in the details, thrives on structure, and isn’t afraid to double-check the double-check. This is not a sit-back-and-observe HR role. This is for the person who asks, “Was it done right?” —and then actually goes and verifies it. You’ll support a team of coordinators who handle the day-to-day work, while you ensure it’s accurate, compliant, and executed the way it should be.
