Reporting to the Clinic Supervisor, the RN collaborates closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Key responsibilities include patient assessments, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and educating patients and their families. RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Assessment and Care Planning: - Conducts initial patient assessments and obtains medical histories. - Develops and implements individualized care plans. - Monitors patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed.
