Job Details Radiology Unit | Kettering | Full-time | First Shift Responsibilities & Requirements: Job Summary The Radiology Educator is responsible for providing education, training, and workflow support for radiology technologists and nurses across the department. This hybrid role includes working clinically in imaging rooms part‑time while dedicating the remaining portion of the schedule to developing, coordinating, and delivering educational programs. The educator supports staff competency, EPIC training, workflow optimization, policy adherence, and ongoing professional development. This position may also support additional educational needs as identified by departmental leadership Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum Education• Associate’s degree in nursing OR Radiology required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred(Must be completed within 5 years of hire) Minimum Work Experience• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience as a radiology technologist in an acute care or outpatient imaging environment• Experience serving as a preceptor, trainer, or informal educator preferred• Experience with workflow development, process improvement, or onboarding is helpful...
