What You’ll Do: The primary purpose of the Nurse is to provide patients with services including screening, medication/prescription management, assisting the treatment team, treatment after-care, and referral services. This position will provide medication and medical assistance to mental health and substance abuse clients as well as offer guidance to Medical Assistant. This position will work in collaboration with other clinical professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our clients.
