Job description

Scrum Master Overview: Project main objective is to create added value for customers through digital innovations and simplified customer-oriented service offerings and at the same time to improve efficiency of operation processes and increase sales potential (On- and Offline). SAFe methodology has been implemented in June 2019. Development is based on Program Increment / Features. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitating team-level events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Iteration Reviews/Retrospectives to ensure flow and alignment. - Coaching the team on Agile and SAFe principles to improve self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and predictable delivery of value. - Removing impediments and blockers by collaborating with other teams, System Architects, and the Product Owner to maintain a smooth execution of the Iteration. - Supporting the Product Owner in refining the team backlog, writing actionable user stories, and preparing for PI (Program Increment) Planning events. - Tracking and visualizing team metrics Required Qualifications: - Minimum 2-3 years as a Scrum Master (at least 1 year in SAFe) - English at B2 level and Polish at C1...
