We are seeking a highly motivated Mission Area Analysis/Concept Development (Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) to support our USAF HQ ACC contract on Langley AFB, VA. The Mission Area Analysis/Concept Development (JICO) shall provide services to include program management, planning, engineering, technical, and risk reduction support. Responsibilities: - Assist in identification of technical, operational and acquisition factors that impose risk to achieving Airborne C2 integration objectives. Using established techniques, contributes to plans for achieving the goal of an interoperable integrated airborne C2; analyze business processes to accurately characterize capability gaps along with needed capabilities; and identify key performance criteria such as criticality, security, retention, availabi...
