Work Schedule: This full-time position is based at American Family Children’s Hospital and is scheduled Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on departmental operational needs. We are seeking a – RN Director – American Family Children’s Hospital (AFCH) to: - Provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for pediatric specialty services at American Family Children’s Hospital - Oversees program growth, financial performance, and people management across the pediatric continuum of care - Leads specialized areas including Child Life, Pediatric Trauma & Child Advocacy, Ambulatory Pediatric Specialties, and the Diagnostic & Therapy Center - Drives operational efficiency, margin improvement, and ambulatory redesign initiatives - Leads and develops leaders (4 direct reports) with a strong focus on people management and change leadership - Partners closely with medical faculty and system stakeholders to ensure hi...
