Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary: As the clinical heartbeat of a premier Pediatric Endocrinology outpatient team, the RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator enjoys a coveted Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule. The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator expertly balances direct provider support and patient care during ambulatory sessions with critical care coordination. Key responsibilities include: · Clinical Triage: Managing patient calls and ordering outpatient testing. · Advocacy: Facilitating care team communication and patient education. · Efficiency: Navigating complex patient care workflows and tasks within Epic. The role operates within a robust, collaborative multidisciplinary group consisting of 12 Faculty, 4 Fellows, 9 NPs, 6 RNs, and a robust clinical support team.
