Job Description Summary The WorkDay Senior Manager reports directly to the WorkDay Director and is responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing solutions that enhance the effectiveness and strategic value of the WorkDay platform. This role leads system assessment and analysis efforts to drive operational improvements within a supported domain—such as Spend, Finance, Payroll, HCM, or Technology. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in both operational and technical aspects of their domain, enabling them to independently design, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues. In addition, the Senior Manager is responsible for managing a team of professionals, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality solutions. This position requires strong collaboration with customers, peers, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into effective, scalable system capabilities.
