Family Liaison Manager – Care Homes (Kent – Care Home and Field-Based) Greensleeves Care Looking for a role where sales meets purpose? Join Greensleeves Care as a Family Liaison Manager and play a key part in helping families find the right home for their loved one, while driving occupancy and revenue across our growing portfolio of care homes. This is a field-based role with regular travel around the region and our Kent Care Homes, giving you the autonomy to build relationships, generate leads, and guide families through one of life’s most important decisions.
