Position Overview The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service in a Grease Monkey center, and light clerical duties. This is an hourly position. (APPLICANT MUST HAVE EXPERT LEVEL EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR AND SERVICE) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide Exceptional Customer Service - Maintain communications with waiting customers, keep them informed of wait times, answer questions.
