Property and Facilities Division Full-time, continuing position at HEW Level 7 Based at the St Lucia campus About This Opportunity: The Principal Advisor, Health, Safety and Wellness (Data Analytics and Psychosocial Risk Management) provides critical expertise to strengthen how the Property and Facilities Division understands, manages and reports on health, safety and wellbeing risks. Working as part of a collaborative divisional Health, Safety and Wellness team and in close partnership with the central Health, Safety and Wellness Division and Human Resources, this role drives data ‑ informed assurance, with a strong focus on psychosocial health. The position supports leaders to meet legislative obligations, demonstrate due diligence and foster a positive, evidence ‑ led safety and wellbeing culture across a large and operationally complex portfolio. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the collection, analysis and interpretation of health, safety and wellbeing data to identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement across the Property and Facilities Division.
