Location: - Avon, IN Split between two clinics: - 1351 N. Ronald Reagan Pkwy, Avon, IN 46123 - 6845 E US Hwy 36, Avon, IN 46123 Schedule: - Full-time (1.0 FTE) - Monday–Friday, day shift - Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approximate) - No weekends - No holidays About the Team: - 15 Medical Assistants on staff (plus one starting soon) - Diverse, supportive, and team-focused environment - Fast-paced setting where communication and teamwork matter Key Responsibilities: - Travel between two clinic locations - Support PharmD operations - Room patients - Perform point-of-care testing - Administer vaccines - Manage prior authorizations - Complete paperwork and message pooling - Help cover Primary Care as needed Ideal Candidate: - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Highly organized and flexible Benefits: Under the supervision of the designated supervisor and assigned physician, performs duties associated with direct patient care and clinical direction to provide patient care given in accordance with the organization standards.
