POSITION SUMMARY: The Replenishment and Inventory Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and stock-outs. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, merchandising, and warehouse teams to maintain an efficient supply chain process. This person will monitor inventory performance, analyze data trends, and develop strategies for improvement and growth EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree, in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain. Strong knowledge of inventory management and replenishment principles. Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., AS400/JDA, or similar). Inventory Management: - Manage daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize overstock. - Analyze inventory levels and identify stock issues, implementing corrective measures. - Develop inventory KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, stock-outs, NPI) and monitor performance.
