POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Project Manager, IT is a strategic leader within the Program & Transaction Management Office (PMO), responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that support BAYADA Home Health Care’s mission and operational excellence. This role oversees large-scale healthcare IT programs, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, interoperability, and analytics solutions, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Senior Project Manager drives alignment between business goals, clinical workflows, and technical solutions while fostering strong collaboration across IT, clinical, operations, and finance teams. This position leads robust project governance, manages risk, and delivers executive-level reporting and performance metrics. The role champions continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance delivery quality and consistency across the organization.
