Job description

This is a 6 month contract position. Summary Description: Reporting to the Manager Production, the Supervisor Production is responsible to oversee beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment, supervise personnel to meet daily production targets, and ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, health and safety policies, and equipment monitoring. They drive process improvements, labor reporting, and efficiency, delivering high-quality products in a cost-effective manner. Essential Job Functions: · Adhere to and ensure compliance to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and PPE requirements. · Adhere to and ensure compliance to food quality and food safety as per the standard(s) provided by corporate, customer, and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF). · Leads and directs the work of other employees. · Have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions. · Conduct daily meetings as required with shift leads to identify and resolve issues. · Draft and post weekly employee schedules based on production requirements and communicate with the department manager, regarding problems or changes that may be nec...
