Director, Human Resources - Southampton Hospital Position Summary: The Director, Human Resources for the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital (SBSH) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing all human resources functions at Southampton Hospital. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with SBSH HR growth and strategic objectives as well as the hospital’s mission and vision. This position will be a source of consultation and expertise to managers and senior leaders on HR related issues for the SBSH/StaffCo PEO employees ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and collective bargaining agreements. Dually reporting to the Executive Director of StaffCo, the Director, Human Resources and the Chief Administrative Officer for Stony Brook Southampton Hospital (SBSH), will collaborate with leadership to set the framework and expectations, coach leaders, ensure accountability and consistency, protect the business and mitigate risks.
