This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service while maintaining a secure environment. Customer Service: Greet tenants, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor. Provide information and directions to building occupants and guests. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Security Monitoring: Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches or emergencies.
