JOB REQUIREMENTS: All F&B Positions - Maintain a positive, helpful, friendly attitude providing exceptional customer service. Provide prompt and courteous service to all patrons needing service in the restaurant. Direct customer complaints to supervisor on duty. Be familiar with all safety rules including Food Safety and carry out duties in a safe and efficient manner. Maintaining professionalism at all times. Assist customers with information on food and beverages. Must be able to calculate and handle money effectively while under pressure. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Responsible for cleaning tables, seating area, etc., in the area during your shift. Maintain good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times.
