Senior Learning and Development Specialist About the Position: We are looking for an experienced and engaging Senior Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning programs that support organizational goals and employee growth. This role requires strong expertise in facilitation, performance consulting, E-learning development, and the ability to work cross-functionally to identify learning needs and scalable solutions.
