DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?: The ideal candidate will provide engineering support through reliability processes and function within the highly automated business unit of Steelmaking to meet the business goals of ArcelorMittal Calvert. The Basics: - Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline required - Proficient in RCM Practices (Reliability Centered Maintenance) - FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) - Able to perform data analysis on equipment performance - Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) - 2 years’ minimum engineering experience The Extras: - CMRP Certification - CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer) - Data Analysis - Weibull - RBD (Reliability Block Diagrams) - Life Cycle Cost Analysis - 5+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment (or equivalent industry) - SolidWorks/AutoCad working knowledge - Working knowledge of SAP - Familiarity with RCFA, Cause Mapping, Kaizen problem solving methodologies - Proficiency in writing technical proposals and communications at multiple levels of the organization TRAITS TO BE SUCCESSFUL: - Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, work in small and large teams - Demo...
