Job DetailsJob Location: MBB - Canada - Mississauga, ON L4Z 1XBPosition Type: Full TimeJob Category: SalesPosition Summary The Key Account Manager (KAM) will report directly to the Director of Sales, Canada and own responsibility for Wet N Wild, Physicians Formula, Lip Smacker, and Black Radiance across assigned Canadian retail accounts, with Walmart Canada and Loblaw/Shoppers as the key focus. This role owns the day-to-day customer relationship and is accountable for delivering annual sales targets, executing customer strategies, and ensuring flawless in market execution across brands and categories. This role operates as a true business owner at the account level, translating strategy into action. The KAM will manage forecasts, trade spend, assortments, and promotions. This role will partner closely with internal teams and brokers to deliver results that align with Canada’s overall P&L and growth priorities.
