We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor who will drive safe operations, high-quality performance, and a strong team environment on off-shift hours. Job Summary: The Production Supervisor – Night Shift oversees all night shift production activity, ensuring that operations run smoothly, employees are supported, and production targets are met. This leader will serve as the primary resource on shift and will help build structure and success during launch and growth phases of the plant.
