This entry-level role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of these events by coordinating teams, managing logistics, and addressing day-to-day operational needs. The Baseball Operations Coordinator also supervises seasonal employees and interns, ensuring that all aspects of the events are held to Ripken Baseball’s high standards.
