Account Manager I. Position Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact between Futron and its customers. This role plays a critical part in shaping how Futron is perceived by clients and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Account Manager acts as the “eyes and ears” of the organization, driving: - Expansion of existing contracts - New project opportunities within current business lines - Growth into new markets and service areas II. Authority: - Authority to sign contracts and modifications as delegated in the proposal - Approve non-project-related expenditures up to $500 - Approve project-related expenditures up to $100,000 III. Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Client Relations: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and key decision-makers - Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams - Represent Futron professionally to enhance client satisfaction and retention Business Development & Sales: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts - Respond to bid boards and support proposal development ef...
