Job DetailsJob Location: Petersburg, VA 23805Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly SUMMARY: This position is responsible for serving as the community’s silent salesperson by performing the following duties. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. Maintenance Support: Performing light, routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting, and basic repairs. Trash and Exterior Upkeep: Removing trash from building perimeters, cleaning lobby areas, and maintaining exterior curb appeal Other: Other tasks as assigned by supervisor. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Possession of valid Virginia Driver’s License and proof of insurance (if running company errands for the property or traveling between properties).
