Sales Enablement Project Manager

Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager to facilitate and drive projects across our commercial organization. This role requires a solid understanding of the fundamental processes within customer-facing teams, how these teams collaborate to deliver value, and how they leverage CRM and call center systems in their daily work. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are planned, aligned, and executed effectively across multiple teams. The PM manages milestones and resources and is accountable for successful project delivery. The PM coordinates activities and ensures effective communication within the project team and with diverse levels of the organizational hierarchy. The project manager frequently engages in collaboration with project managers from related teams, such as IT, Analytics, or Incentive Compensation; however, this cooperation does not occur in every instance.
