Description The Blue Heron Sales Counselor represents all Blue Heron product lines. The Sales Counselor provides superior experiences throughout the entirety of the sales journey for clients. This role exemplifies the passion and energy for design-build and articulates the key differentiators in purchasing a Blue Heron home. Responsibilities: - Actively utilize sales strategies, presentation tools, and marketing resources to achieve sales goals. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. - Responsible for obtaining and managing outbound leads through networking, prospecting, and cultivating new relationships within the community. - Independently manage your sales pipeline, establishing meaningful connections with potential clients to drive business growth. - Welcome prospective clients providing an experience aligned with the Blue Heron brand and values. - Ensure prospective client information is accurately captured and managed in CRM throughout the sales process. - Provide tours for prospective clients through the Client Experience Center, show home and on available homesites. - Effectively communicate value proposition and key differentiators v...
