Description POSITION TITLE : Weld School Instructor EFFECTIVE DATE: April 15, 2026: REPORTS TO: Training Manager: LOCATION : Canonsburg, PA: STATUS : Exempt: ______________________________________________________________________________ POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: In this role the trainer will provide a professional training experience that will ensure a smooth and effective training program for New Hires and all Production Team Members. This position will work with leadership in preparing, facilitating, monitoring, and evaluating and documenting training activities in the company. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Welding Instructor will perform a variety of routine duties, as needed, to teach structural fabricating, repair, and maintenance, GMAW, FCAW, FCAW (M), SMAW and GTAW welding, oxy/fuel cutting and plasma cutting to students from different backgrounds and skills in the classroom and in the lab, using a variety of teaching methods such as lectures and demonstrations and using audiovisual and technological aids to supplement the presentations. - Teaching both safety/welding concepts in the classroom and teaching students the hands-on portion of the skills in the lab. - Ensure that...
